-Contact existing customers and new prospects through outbound call database to attempt to sell our products & services
-utilize the database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they're likely to buy
-Answer customers , queries about delivery , features & benefits of our products , and products quality
-handle customers , complains , objections , and show full support according to our policies , and regulations
-they may also contact customers after a sale to check that they're satisfied with their purchase
-ensure database integrity
*Requirement :-
-bachelor degree in any field
-good communication of English language
-good command of MS office
-1 to 2 years experience in related field is a must
-very good communication & negotiation skills , patient , fast learner , self motivated
