1- Assists in Recruitment and hiring process
2- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
3- Provide support to employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise.
4- Develop social insurance process for employees
5- Participate in employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
