📌 Job Overview
* The Sales Manager will lead the Cairo branch’s sales team, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, and drive growth in revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service
* age: max 45
* Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key clients in the Saudi and Gulf markets.
* Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training as needed.
* Use CRM and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
* Report on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to senior management
* Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in tourism sales, preferably in the Saudi or Gulf market.
* Strong negotiation and personal selling skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
💰الراتب : يبدء من 25000الى 35000 جنيه حسب الخبره
