📌 Job Overview
* Key Responsibilities
* Book and manage all aspects of travel, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
* Destination & hotel booking knowledge.
* Make offline booking.
* Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local customs.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
* Stay informed about new travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide the best possible recommendations.
* Handle travel issues or unexpected changes with professionalism and efficiency.
* He has previously dealt with Saudi and Gulf clients
* Deal directly with all familiar suppliers:
* Process payments and prepare detailed travel documents for clients.
* Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
* Problem-solving ability and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
* A genuine passion for travel and an eagerness to share that passion with others.
* Experience in hotel bookings and travel packages
💰الراتب : يبدء من 13000الى 18000 جنيه حسب الخبره
